My Top Picks for Resources For Family Worship

In the early church, worshipping together as a family in homes was nearly the norm. By the mid-1900s less than 10% of committed Christian families made it a common practice. Today, that number is far less still. I am encouraged to see amongst churches in the Reformed tradition, a revival of sorts when it comes to the practice of family worship or family discipleship. Having times of consistent prayer, reading of scripture, and singing with your children is a valuable way to pass on the faith to them. This is not rocket science! It is simply a short (10 minute) time each day of coming before the Lord together as a family. Below are some great resources for families looking to continue or begin this in their homes:
